SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of £150 or $200 is required, payable  when the final balance of the rental is due. This sum is fully refundable provided no breakage, loss or damage to the house, or it’s contents, results from your occupation of it. The signatory of the booking form agrees to accept full and personal liability for all breakage, loss or damage caused by any member of their party during their occupation and confirms that the full cost of repair or replacement will be met. The Security Deposit will normally be returned within two weeks of your departure, following a house inspection by our management company.
